How do I connect my A3 SPA-1000N to my wireless home network?
Watch the quick pairing video.
- You start by downloading the Rabbit Air 2 app from App Store or Google Play on your device.
- Once you have downloaded and installed the app, you can log in using your Rabbit Air account username and password or create a new one.
- If this is your first time pairing your device, tap on connect and complete the network check. If you have already installed another air purifier, select the + button in the menu screen.
- The "Network Check" confirms you have everything needed to pair your air purifier. For ease of connection please ensure your Bluetooth is enabled and you are connected to 2.4 Ghz internet connection.
- Select A3 air purifier.
- Next, pair your air purifier to your home wireless network using one of the following options.
I. Setup using mobile app
- Tap and hold the Wireless Icon on the A3 control interface until the LED starts blinking.
- Wait 10 - 15 seconds until the second LED starts blinking.
- Choose your WiFi Network from the list and type your WiFi password.
II. Setup using WPS button on your router
- Locate the WPS button on the home wireless router (Typically located on the side or back). Press on the WPS button on the router to activate the router's WPS pairing process.
- Tap and hold the Wireless Icon on the A3 control interface until the LED starts blinking.
- To complete setup, enter your air purifier's location and name.

- Now you are ready to start using your air purifier through the Rabbit Air App! Please contact Rabbit Air support at 1.888.866.8862 or customerservice@rabbitair.com if there are any issues.
Why can't I find my home wireless network during setup?
The A3 currently only supports 2.4Ghz signals. Also, if the router and air purifier are placed too far apart or blocked by thick walls, signal strength may be an issue. To avoid these issues, please set up the air purifier closer to the router.
How do I set up a schedule?
You can create new schedules by selecting the + icon at the top right of the schedule options. Enable unlimited daily schedules for a high level of control. Within the individual schedules select Time On and Time Off then the desired fan speeds, modes, lighting options etc.
*Note the air purifier will override "Schedule" if any speed or mode is changed manually either on the app or on the physical device. The schedule will then continue normal operation when the next "Time On" is reached.
Go to your app and tap on the air purifier you want to set the schedule for. Multiple schedules that do not have overlapping times can be used for the same unit.
If schedule time slots overlap, the last active state retains its settings and returns to the previous settings when finished.
The purifier will return to its current settings when the schedule ends.
How does the light control function work?
Using the Rabbit Air app, you can customize lighting options for your A3 air purifier in the following ways.
All Lights OffThis will turn off all LEDs on the air purifier.
Night LightThis will keep the Mood Light on throughout the night.
Mood LightThis will manually turn on/off the Mood Light and provide customized lighting colors.
Why won't my A3 SPA-1000N respond to the app?
Please check to see if the Wireless indicator on the air purifier is on. If not, it means the air purifier is no longer connected to the home wireless network. You may need to reboot both the air purifier and the router.
If the wireless indicator is on, please make sure the wireless network is connected to the internet as the air purifier needs to connect directly to the cloud for it to work with the app and the device.

How does the light control function work?
Using the Rabbit Air app, you can customize lighting options for your MinusA2 air purifier in the following ways.
OffThis will turn off all LEDs on the air purifier.
AutoThe mood light and indicator lights will be controlled by the light sensor on the air purifier. If the room is bright, the LEDs will stay on, but if the room is dim/dark for more than three minutes, they will turn off.
OnThis will bypass the light sensor and all indicator lights will remain on even when the room is dark.
Am I able to reset my "replace filters" indicator on both my MinusA2 and on my app?
Yes! You can reset the indicator on both the app itself and the unit. To reset on the app, select the unit then scroll down to the bottom of your operation screen and press "Reset." On the air purifier, you can reset it by pressing and holding the "Mode/Filter Reset" button for roughly 3 seconds. When resetting the indicator on either the app or the air purifier itself the reset is communicated between each other.
If the WiFi indicator LED is illuminated, please make sure the wireless network is connected to the internet as the air purifier needs to connect directly to the cloud for it to work with the app and the device.
Could I reset my "replace filters" indicator before the red light comes on?
You are not able to do so, but we can do it for you!
The "Replace Filters" indicator works as a timer. Every 12 months of operation, the indicator will alert you to replace your filters. The app has a "filter life" bar and gives a countdown as to when the filters need to be replaced. If you replace your filters sooner than 12 months, the app will still show that there is time left before replacing since it is not based on a sensor to detect new filters. In order to reset the filter life, please have your account email address ready and email, call or chat with us so that we may do it for you.
